OF Rey Fuentes picked a great time for his first career home run. After coming in the game as a pinch-runner in the eighth inning, Fuentes launched a go-ahead home run in the 10th inning to lift the Diamondbacks to a 5-4 win in Philadelphia Sunday. It was his first career homer in his 150th plate appearance.

1B Paul Goldschmidt had another multi-hit game in a 5-4 Arizona win Sunday in Philadelphia. Goldschmidt was 2-for-5 with two RBIs on a two-run homer in the first inning. Goldschmidt has hits in six consecutive games and has multi-hit games in four of those.

LHP Robbie Ray was unable to win a sixth straight start Sunday in Philadelphia. Ray, who entered having won five in a row while surrendering one run in 37 innings, was staked to a 3-0 lead in the first inning. He couldn't hold it, however. The Phillies scored a run in each of their first three innings against Ray, including two home runs, to tie the score. Ray went just 5 1/3 innings, striking out seven while walking four. He allowed four runs on eight hits.

RHP Fernando Rodney was perfect Sunday, striking out the side to earn his 20th save in a 5-4 Arizona win in Philadelphia. Rodney needed just 14 pitches to retire the feeble Phillies in order.
