LB Stephen Tulloch will announce his retirement Thursday, and he will do so as a member of the Lions. Tulloch, 32, played 11 NFL seasons, including five in Detroit. He spent last season with the Eagles and played his first five seasons in the league with the Titans. During his tenure with Detroit, Tulloch led the team in tackles in four seasons. Overall he totaled 920 tackles (57 for a loss), 14 1/2 sacks, five interceptions, 27 passes defensed, 12 fumble recoveries and 28 special teams tackles over 159 career games (113 starts).
